Bad Bobby Ugly Toys Zzz	Posted - 2009.02.09 14:26:00 - [1] This thread is for the auction of 1500 shares in Ugly Toys Holdings [UGLYH] which will be created in approximately 11 days after the next dividend is paid. Please see this thread for full details on Ugly Toys Holdings including our past dividend performance. For those who don't want to read too much, here is a brief summary: Ugly Toys Holdings is the share holding corp for Ugly Toys [UGLY.] and Bring Me Sunshine [BPCS]. Both corps work primarily in the research and development field, working with hi-sec POS networks providing research services to clients and corp members. We aim, and have always succeeded, in returning a dividend of at least 100,000 isk per share which currently represents a 10% return on investment. Our best month (last month) saw a 16.79% return. The rules of the auction are as follows: The shares will be auctioned in 3 blocks of 500 shares. The starting bid will be 500m per block (1m per share). I will be entering the starting bid on all three blocks myself. Bid increments will be in multiples of 10m isk (510m, 520m etc). All bids are subject to my acceptance and I reserve the right to reject bids that are edited, unclear or in any way displease me. Share creation is subject to a shareholder vote that will end in 2 days. If the vote fails then the auction will be terminated and no bids will be held as binding. The auction will run for 7 days, until 15:00 GMT on Monday 16th February. This will allow everyone to get a chance to bid on these shares and prevent the usual early birds from taking all the shares. There is plenty of time for you to do your research and consider your bids. Your bid should take the form of: XXXm bid on block Y. For example 510m bid on block 1.

I will accept bids higher than 10m over the last bid provided it is in a multiple of 10m, so you don't have to play 0.01 isk wars if you don't want to... however entertaining this may be for me. That said, I don't expect the big increments to start comming out until later on in the process, I consider these early bids to be little more than foreplay. Kazzac and Waseem, you may continue!

For existing shareholders, I would expect the injection of additional isk from investors that are (due to the price they are paying) accepting a lower % ROI will result in improved returns. We are also establishing a higher market price for these shares, so if you choose to sell up at any point you should do well from them. I will confirm here once all payments have been made and shares have been distributed and then we can put this thread to rest and go back to using the main one.

Everyone else, Caber has first refusal on all three blocks as he has stated. Should he refuse any of those blocks I will work back through the list of bids until: 1) I find a bidder prepared to go ahead and buy the shares at the price they bid 2) We reach the 21st February deadline If we reach the 21st February deadline without securing a buyer for the shares then I will buy them myself at the 500m per block starting bid (a bargain yes, but given there are few perks to having this job I have to take advantage of them when I can ). Any of our bidders that wish to register there intention to buy the shares at their bid price are welcome to post to that effect here so that we can speed up the process if it comes to that. This all has to be resolved BEFORE the 21st February to keep the business running smoothly and prevent our new investment from having excessive detrimental effects on our existing investors' dividends. My loyalty is always to my existing investors first and to potential investors second, as it should be.
Bad Bobby Ugly Toys Zzz	Posted - 2009.02.20 15:16:00 - [21] Caber has taken blocks 2 & 3 for 780m each and Desere has taken block 1 for 800m. All isk has been received and I will be actioning the share creatation and sending out the shares tommorrow after I have done this months dividend. That brings this auction to a close.
